ADVANCED TEAM BUILDING COURSE

Our team building course focuses on strengthening interdepartmental communication. This is a specific area many modern blue chip companies focus upon today. Rapidly growing companies such as internet search engines, app development services, film production and computer game companies set aside days each week for interdepartmental communication exercises and enjoy great success.
 

This is the idea that having your staff from different departments interact in an experience where they communicate and build relationships with people they usually would not, can hugely benefit a working environment.

There can be many advantages because of this, the main one being the efficient exchange of information between departments that can increase productivity and your companies overall operating level. Other advantages could be that outsourced work could be done internally if colleagues were aware of others abilities. Better relationships between colleagues means they will be more inclined to help each other and any conflict can be quickly resolved, plus many more benefits.

With the SWAT experience as a platform for delivery of the course, candidates are split into two teams with an assessor in each to monitor and adapt the course depending on the teams performance. They are assigned objevtives as a team and will each have multiple opportunites to act as a team leader and second in command. While the candidates are interacting and communicating in the experience, assesors are in constant radio commincation with each other and will be staging obstacles and challenges to encourage communication on different levels and ultimately build an effective team.​
