S.W.O.T. TEAM COURSES

We offer professional and highly effective courses for team bonding, team building and individual development for a variety of different markets. The results are achieved through a unique concept of combining, Law Enforcement training platforms, a state of the art laser combat system and our specially designed psychologically based courses.

This delivers a unique S.W.A.T. Scenario experience with candidates participating in teams against one another using advanced laser combat technology. The experience plays as a slow paced, tactical operation requiring planning, constant communication and quick decision making. Throughout the course assessors periodically implement obstacles and development challenges achieving highly informative results.

COURSE DESIGN

Team Bonding, Interdepartmental Communication and Individual Development are specific areas many modern blue chip organisations focus upon today. Rapidly growing companies such as internet search engines, app development services, film production and computer game companies set aside days each week for training in these areas. This delivery method is possible because we utilize the same laser system that was designed for professionals to train in a variety of different locations.

THE EXPERIENCE

For the candidates experience they will participate in force on force combat situations as a member of a SWAT Team. The courses play as a slow paced tactical event with planned defense and attack strategies implemented by each team over time sensitive missions.

Players are split into two teams, (or one team can go against a staged team that we can supply at an additional cost). Each player is equipped with uniform, rifle, ammo, vest and hit sensor headband.

FULLY CUSTOMISED SERVICE

All our courses can be customised to cater and adapt to meet all our customers needs. We can customise the event time and length to best suit you. Courses can run in full day or half day events.

We plan our courses to operate around when is best for you and can incorporate any requirements from yourselves or specific areas of interest you may have.

SAFETY

We take safety very seriously. To date we have operated over 600 events without any issues due to our Standard Operating Procedures. Everything from the risk assessment to players health and ability is taken into consideration.

Safety is also a concern for the environment. As a result of using a projectile-less system this removes a large amount of safety concerns. All are courses are designed to have no risk to anyone's safety or the environment that we operate in.
