Our premium course focuses on highly detailed individual assessment and development of a canididates skill sets, carefully designed by incorporating studies in NLP, Mental Management, Team building, persuasion, influence and psychological profiling.

We use the S.W.A.T. combat experience as a platform to get the candidates to relax, have fun and enjoy themeslves. As a result they open up and expose a true representation of their abilities. The team work scenarios force candidates to communicate clearly and make instant decisions. Therefore there is no time for candidates to fake their response to say something they think you want to hear. 

From the first moment we meet the candidates, and throughout, they will constantly be monitored and assessed.  Everthing they do will tell us something about that individual and this is noted because the course will be customized based on a detailed SWOT analsys of each of them.

Unlike raft building where candidates can stand at the back without participating. Everyone will be given control of their own individual mission. As a result of this we have found this course can Identify and noticably develop skills such as:

We start the course with candidates picking their own teams, this is the first of many vital subliminal decisions we will be assessing. Everything we do is done in a specific way to identify their thought process and expose their most common / strongest traits. We are not necessarily interested on what decision they make but why they make those decisions.
